1. Scroll down to the end of the article in the bottom of the page you will find Comments. 

2. Click on the grey area to start writing your comment. 

3. You can use different Paragraph Stiles, Bold, Italics, bullet points, step-by-step with numbers, insert pictures and insert links to your comment. 

4. When done with your comment, click Submit
