    We are happy to announce that Service Center will become inRiver Community very soon!! 

     

    We are taking the first step to build and strengthen your inRiver Community! The community is a digital meeting point where we all can share and learn from each other. 

    To start this exiting journey with you, the Community will be redesigned with a new look and feel, and improved user experience for you! 

    You can expect: 

    • Service Center will  become inRiver Community
    • Service Center will be Restyled with a new look and feel!

    So keep an eye on Service Center turning into inRiver Community soon!

    Also! we will launch with a fun surprise, more information to come!

      A few years ago, the "inRiver Community" had become "the Service Center", that now becomes the "inRiver Community" :P 

      One question, are the URLs going to change? We have internal documentation and internal onboarding courses that are pointing to some service center articles. If yes, are you going to configure URL redirections (HTTP 301)?

      I know Danny! 😃 but this time we will continue to build on what service center is today to try to leverage and build a close community with you. 🙌

      Hi Danny,

      Yes, the URL is going to change and we are currently preparing for URL redirections so that referenced links in emails and documentation don't break.
