This article explains how to activate inRiver and log in for the first time. 

To Activate inRiver

Follow the below steps to activate inRiver:

1. Once you have received the Your inRiver environment is ready for activation email, click the link Confirm your email address. 
2. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
3. Log in to your environment.

Note! If you were not able to activate your account within the 24 hours when the activation link was active, click Contract Support and let us know. We will send you a new activation link.  

Using the inRiver Environment

If you are the first to log in to your inRiver environment, you are a Customer Admin and have access to Control Center and the Web Portal (in short, the back end and front end of the system). 

Access Control Center through this URL: https://controlcenter.productmarketingcloud.com

Access the Web Portal through this URL: https://inriver.productmarketingcloud.com

We recommend that you start by adding new users to the environment, to help others get started. For more information about adding new users see below.
