Getting Started
If you are new to inRiver, check out the Getting Started section. Here you can read more about what PIM is, which functionalities you can find in inRiver, how to prepare for your inRiver project, where to log in, how to get support, and more!
Get Notified
If you are interested in a specific topic, follow it to get notifications when it's updated. To get notifications, go to a section that you are want to receive updates on and click Follow. Every time a new article is posted in this section, you will receive an automatic email notification.
inRiver Updates
Read about the scope of a release in the release notes. Follow inRiver Updates to get notified when a new release note article is published.
inRiver Service Status
Release schedule information is published as soon as a target date has been set for the next release. Follow your region in inRiver Service Status to get notified when new release dates are communicated.
You can also follow topics and posts on our Community.
Search for Information
You can search for content on the Service Center start page or using the search field in the upper right corner on each page. The search result will show you articles and Community posts related to your search criteria. This should make it easier for you to find relevant content fast.
Discuss and Follow Community Topics
On the Community you can follow and join discussions between PIM users. You can write a new post or comment on existing posts. If you want to get updates on a specific topic, just click the Follow button in the upper right corner.
If you click your own name in the upper right corner and then My activities, you will be able to find your contributions and the content you are following.
Support and Tickets
If you did not find the information you were looking for, you can submit a ticket to our Support team. Click the Contact Support button to open the ticket form.
Click your name in the upper right corner and then My activities to see the status of your own and your colleague's tickets. You can sort the tickets on creation date or last activity and you can also filter tickets by status. If you have many tickets, you can use the search bar to find relevant tickets quickly.
